The Greeting Farm Preview!!

Hello everyone!
We have another fun preview over at The Greeting Farm's blog for you today using the new "Get Well" set designed by Marina Neira.

Even more heartwarming, we are calling all of YOU to action by heading up a CHARITY CARD DRIVE for sick children and their families this week. Tomorrow you will hear more about that from Jessica and be given instructions on how you can enter this card drive and put a smile on the faces of not only a sick child, but hopefully their parents, siblings, and all who are affected by all of the heartbreaking illnesses out there. We have been wanting to do this for some time and I'm really happy about it; can't wait to see how many cards we can collect for this wonderful cause!
We are also really excited about release day tomorrow AND the announcement of this contest. Because it will be the focus of the TGF Release this month, sans Blog Hops, etc...we have put together a HUGE prize for this contest, so stay tuned! The Magnolia image was given to me in a swap by a sweet friend Sue! thank you sweetie!! I used flowers,gems,ribbon,swirls, added sewing, and cut out my image by HAND! The corners are all punched with a corner heart punch! The lace border around the sides was punched out with the Martha Stewart Punch tooo!!

I wanted to keep the look sepia, since ive been on a roll with this color combo lately! :) I distressed the edges of all the layers as well! I love this SWEET image!!!


I also added sewing to each layer as well!!

My box went from Rags to Riches :) hehehehe :) Hope you enjoyed todays post, as much as I enjoyed making this fun sweet box!!! :)

ARRGGHH.....you ready for some fun?

Happy Monday everyone!! For todays ABC Toys and Craft post I wanted to share with you my card made with the My Cute Stamps "Pirate Girl set"

Here is the inside of my card!!!

On my card I used the Pirate Girl, and the sentiment from the set. She is colored in copics and cut out. Next I used some Pirate dp, and the laces ribbon, and trims , and letter A are from a set that went with the dp. The tag was cut with the spellbinders, and the border was punched with Martha stewart punch!

My card was also entered into these challenges!!

TGF Preview "Get Better Soon"

Hello everyone and happy Sunday to all of you :)

For todays card I wanted to share another preview of this DARLING Get Well Stamp Set that will be RELEASED on April 1st at The Greeting Farm! On my card I did the look to be Sepia! I love this look, and I have been working with other images doing the same look.

My card was designed for several challenges today:

8. Creative Card Crew/Going Dotty(the dots around my frame, the dots around the heart border)

Alota bunny Basket 8 x 8

Hello everyone and I hope you are enjoying your weekend!!! :)
For todays post I wanted to share with you a basket that I found the tutorial HERE, and changed up the measurements to a 12 x12 piece of cardstock. Directions:

• 12 x 12 cardstock
• score at 4 inches on each of the 4 sides of your cardstock and then cut the 2 lines at the botton, and the 2 lines at the top to the center.
• 8- 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 inch pieces of dp
• 12 x 3 inch strip for your handle, ribbons, punches and whatever else you want to add

The sweet little bunny is from Alota Rubber Stamps and is colored with copics, and I airbrushed the background. I also used spellbinders frames 3 different one to cut out!

My basket was designed for these challenges here:

• Secret Crafter/colors pink,green, and flowers(dp has flowers, and my colors )
• Bee Crafty /Spring
• Stamp Something/Doodle something: Doodly dp!! :) is what I encluded with my basket!

Paisleys & Peacocks Giftset!

Happy Thursday everyone, the weekend is almost here :)

Todays post is my Artful INKable post, and I wanted to share a giftset I made for today :) Todays giftset

uses the Stamp Set called "Paisleys & Peacocks" from Artful INKables

I made a Card, Basket, and a Post-it Notebook!!!
For the notebook: I used matte board for picture framing, airbrushing, and copics to color. the frames are cut out with the spellbinders.

The basket: I had seen the one Kim had done and LOVED it! So I decided to make one to go with my giftset. I did make mine from the 6x6 cardstock. the basket handle is from the Martha Stewart punches, I used the same frame on all 3 items, and the same stamp! But I did end up using perfect pearls on this peacock!

TGF "Sweet Message" & Several Challenges!!

I designed this card for SCS Sketch challenge, and many other challenges try'n to get in everything that was suposed to be done :)

• Stamps(the greeting farm"Sweet Message Set")
• Dp/Sweet paperpack, Papertrey red, SU! pink
• Flowers,leaves,branches
• Vintage seem binding(from the doll show in washington) I made the small pink flowers in between the large flowers
• Swirls, and sewing

Artful INkables Paisleys & Peacocks card

Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday to all of you!!! :)

On my card I used this sweet little peacock from the newly release set called "Paisleys and Peacocks" from Artful INKable!

I colored the peacock with su! markers, and the water blender. I also added perfect pearls for sparkle and shine. Its hard to see in this pic.

On the background dp I added some lace and sewing. the frame is from spellbinders(two different ones) , I then added some flowers,leaves,and branches! My pink flower is distressed with 2 different pinks!!!
