Mr. Smores

Hello everyone and Happy Saturday to all!!
today I wanted to share another card designed for SCS challenge using the DARLING Mr. Smores from the CottageCutz "Christmas Cheer" Release. I absolutely LOVE this entire release! To view all new CottageCutz dies in this release visit the Scrapping Cottage here

Mr. Smores was cut out with all white card stock and then colored with copics. Next I added some black pearls for his eyes. The Flourish Christmas Tree and Winter Frost Border are both from the Winter Wonderland Collection

The darling dp is from DCWV and I bought this a couple of years back. Love the snowman as they fit perfect with the theme here. Also used the marshmallow and CandyCane dp that matches.

My White Satin ribbon is from RRR and the snowflake in the center of my bow is a button. I added some Pearls to the corners, and did a simple stitch on the sewing machine.

I used the CottageCutz Winter frost Border 2 times on my card, and then 2 of the Flourish Christmas Tree's, Tree's were colored with copics.

Thank you for looking and have a lovely weekend!
Hugs to all,

The flowers are another that Bonnie has started carrying in the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store, and you can find these Beauty's HERE.

All my die cutz are from The Scrapping Cottage and are called CottageCutz Dies. LOVE the Bella Leafy Branch, as I used it for the base for my flowers. Next I used the beautiful NEW Fancy Floral Lace Border die and LOVE the look it gives to my card. There are 4 NEW border dies in the "Fancy Floral Collection" and I LOVE them all!!!!!

For my Sentiment I stamped it on the CottageCutz Homemade Tag I cut it all in white, and then distressed the tag with distressed ink, and left the sentiment tag white. The sentiment used is a StampinUp! sentiment.

Bella Ornate Birdcage Card

Hello everyone, here is a card I designed for CottageCutz using the Beautiful Bella Spring Corners, CottageCutz fancy Ornate Birdcage , CottageCutz Oval Doily and Frame die. Also my card was designed for Creative Inspiration Paints, using their beautiful shimmery paints, and embossing powders.

On my card I first picked a super darling dp, and then decided to layer the Bella Spring corners from each corner to give an added layer over my dp. I love the loo it gives, and you are still able to see the design on the paper.
For the Birdcage I cut it in black, and then embossed it with a Black Embossing powder from Creative Inspiration Paints. I LOVE the look of embossing the diecutz and love that they are EASY to cut out!

I next Used the Beautiful Ribbons and flowers that Really Reasonable Ribbon carries for my card today. This card was a super simple card to make, as there is no sewing and pretty much one layer of dp, so makes for a easy layout!

Thank you for looking and have a lovely day!

Hello everyone, and Happy Thursday to all!
Today's card was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbons "Brown & Pink" Challenge that started today. Of course I LOVE PINK & Brown together, since PINK is my FAVORITE Color.

Sweetheart Flowers- OMGOsh are a MUST have, I absolutely LOVE these! Bonnie is now carrying these at the Really Reasonable Ribbon store here

The Beautiful Butterfly is a CottageCutz Die called "Butterfly Trio" from the Scrapping Cottage. I dusted the butterfly with Distressed inks and then glued the beautiful Sweetheart Flowers to the center. LOVE  the look from the flowers.

Sentiment is from Untiy, and stamped in brown. I added some of those sweetheart flowers to it too. For my circles I used spellbinders. Also had to use a different sewing pattern, I kinda like it.....hehehehee

Fancy Cattails & Butterflies

Hello everyone, and Happy Saturday to all!!!
Today's card was designed for the Scrapping Cottage using the Beautiful new CottageCutz Fancy Cattails & Butterflies die, CottageCutz Bella Spring Corner, and part of the CottageCutz Oval Doily & Frame Die.

I wanted to go with a different look here, so I cut out 4 of the Bella Spring Corners in blue, for layering on the top of the 2 layered panels. I think it made a nice background framed layer.

Next I cut the Fancy Cattails & Butterflies in the matching coordinating color card stock, and then dusted different layers of it. I wanted you to be able to see this piece. I save all my cut outs, even if they are stamped on, due to you can recycle them. The oval frame is recycled. I had stamped a sentiment on it and it wasnt straight, so I cut the bottom piece and stamped a smaller sentiment on it...heheheehe

The design paper is Crafty Secrets, OOOOOOooo how I LOVE this design paper. I was addicted to it and bought at least 3 pads of each pattern, well of the 4 design packs.

Very simple card to make, and there is no embellishments on this one. NO RIBBON either!! WOW that is shocking for me....LOL It use to be a challenge to use no ribbon, and I always had a hard time, but I am past that now. :)

Thank you for looking and have a lovely day!
hugs to all,
Cheryl
