This background was done with with versa mark first, and then dipped in clear embossing powder, heat,and then dab on paint dabbers in whatever color you choose.
then you take toilet paper and dab the paint even more. and then dip again in clear embossing powder. Heat!!
and here is my card all done!! I colored Emma in copics, and dry embossed the white background! The felt flower I made, and there is a tutorial on my blog a few posts down.
