My Decorated Cast

Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday to all! Yesterday I shared my decorated cast on the Really Reasonable Ribbon blog, and decided to wait til today to share on my personal blog.
Most of my readers know that i broke my ankle and ended up having to have surgery. Well when my cast was put on, i decided it needed a little decorating :) hehehehehe So i used all Really Reasonable Ribbons to make roses, and then used the green leaves for the vine. I also used some lace and double ruffled ribbon as well.

Supplies Used:
Noelle Crocheted Lace
Green Leaves
 White Double Ruffled Ribbon
 Satin Pinks found Here
Satin Pink with Grosgrain Edge  

Next I added some buttons and brads. I just cut off the shanks with a shank remover. My daughters both helped me add the lace and the green leaves since I couldnt do that by myself. I used the hot glue gun to add everything to my cast.

    I have to learn to make those ribbon roses...or do you have a tutorial on them somewhere.

    If you have to wear a cast, it might as well be beautiful! I have seen a few done but your cast is the most gorgeous one I have seen! Well done!
