Couture Post it Note pad

Hello everyone and Happy Wednesday to all!
Today I'm sharing a Post-it Note pad I made using the Beautiful Graphic 45 Couture Paper. I absolutely LOVE this paper, and loved making the flowers from the paper line. Below I have a slideshow with 8 photo's for viewing. Hope you enjoy!

Flowers are made using Heartfelt Creations Posy Patch dies. I cut several out and then dusted them with 3 different inks, then spritz them with some gold spritz from American Crafts. I shaped them, and set them aside to dry. Lastly glued them together and added the glitter glitz to the centers. Love the look of them. I love how you can make flowers look so different with different techniques.
For the greenery I used Really Reasonable Ribbons Seam binding, and also used seam binding for the small bow, and half rosette. Under the layers I used CottageCutz Fancy Floral Corner #2

Sewing was done on each panel, except the ticket. Love adding sewing to my projects.
Thank you for stopping by and hope you have a wonderful day!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Miss Lily Bunny Treat Bag

Hello everyone, I've been on a roll using the Springtime CottageCutz Release. I just LOVE them all! So for today I made a Treat Bag for Easter using the Darling Cottagecutz Miss Lily Garden Bunny Die, along with a few other CottageCutz dies.

I started with a treat bag, then added some design paper, border, and some ric rac. Next I layered with CottageCutz dies, and added some trim, and ric rac to the bottom of the bag. The bows were made using seam binding, and lastly I added some gem hearts that I had laying around.

CottageCutz Dies Used all are linked to the Scrapping Cottage.
The Treat Bags were bought last year at the American Crafts Warehouse sale. I bought a few different colors, and got these for super cheap.

Next the Seam binding is from Really Reasonable Ribbon, and is the color Mimosa Yellow, you can find it here.

Thank you for looking and have a lovely day!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Graphic 45 Design Team Audition 2015

Hello Friends!! Today's Post is for Graphic 45
Design Team Audition 2015. I am super excited to share my 4 projects I made this past week using Graphic 45 Beautiful Collections. I have wanted to apply for this call before, but have always missed the call.  I tried to make my post as short as possible, by doing slides for each project, and I will have a video at the end of my post showing my mini album and other projects details. I hope you enjoy!
1st Project
"Botanical Tea Pot Mini Album"

I cant tell you how much I LOVE their design paper, its absolutely BEAUTIFUL and brings so much inspiration to me. I had so many items I wanted to make, but just came across this call last week, and yep, I did all these projects in about 5 days. My 1st project above is a Tea Pot Mini Album using the Beautiful Botanical Tea Design Paper. I have a video below that shows details of the interactive pages, you wont want to miss this video, as I am very pleased with this mini! Lots of room for photo's as we seem to never have enough spots for all those photo's.

2nd Project
" Couture Tussy Mussy/Treat Holder"

Next up is the Beautiful Couture line. I used this line on this Toilet Paper Tussy Mussy. Well it can be a little treat bag too. I LOVE this collection as well. Of course I love them all.....hehehehe The flowers I fussy cut, and heat embossed to give a glass type of look,I love how they turned out. I  also used some vintage trim, feathers, and some vintage type findings to embellish with.  How fun it would be to add some treats to this bag!

3rd Project
"Photo/Calendar/Recipe Stand"

Next I made a Photo page for this multi purpose stand. Hubby and I made these several years back for Christmas Gifts. I had made calendars, recipes and so forth for this stand. We gave them as gifts. Love the Botanical Tea on this one too. Also the photo can be changed out super easy! In my video you will see. (Please see video below and end of post)
Flowers here are also fussy cut/Layered/and heat embossed to give a beautiful real look to them. love these too!!

4th Project
"Once Upon a Springtime Notepad Holder
My last project here uses the Once Upon a Springtime Design Paper pack. I made this Easel Card into a Notepad Holder for my counter next to the phone.
The fairy, frog and flowers are all layered. On this project I did the same with the flowers, by heat embossing them, to give them a glass like look. They dont even look like paper. I love how they are so different from regular fussy cut flowers. All pieces here were distressed, and layered to give the 3-D look.

Please be sure to watch my video,so you can see the interactive pages in my mini!
Thank you for stopping by, and have a lovely day!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Bunny Stuck in Pot Tag

Hello everyone, and Happy Monday to all!
Today I wanted to share a tag I made for the Scrapping Cottage using the Darling CottageCutz Spring Release, and some older CottageCutz Dies. Love this little bunny buns in the flower pot, its called
"CottageCutz Bunny Stuck in Flower Pot" I did color most with copics, and then dusted the bunny bottom and paws. Next I layered him over the CottageCutz Ornate Circle Frame, and CottageCutz Spring Label die.  Then I added some of the CottageCutz Expressions dies
(Happy, and Easter). they are both colored using the copics markers. Lastly I used the CottageCutz Border, its the Sweetheart Border.

All CottageCutz photo's below are linked to the Scrapping Cottage Store. Just click on the die you are wanting to see, and it will take you there

Lastly to embellish, I used some Viva Pear Pen around the edges of the tag. I also used Really Reasonable Ribbon's Seam Binding to make the rosette, and tie for the top. I lastly added some buttons, and those too are from RRR.

Super fun tag to make, and how cute would this be on a Easter Basket?

Thank you for looking, and have a lovely day!

CottageCutz Gracie Bunny

Hello Friends, hope you all are doing well. Today I'm sharing Sweet CottageCutz Gracie Bunny Giving Thanks, isn't she just DARLING??!!! I love this little bunny, as she looks so sweet. She is dusted with distressed inks, and her bow, cheeks, and ears are colored with copics. Next I did color the greenery with copics as well. I added some Viva Pearl Pen for the centers of the flowers.

For the Sentiment I used the CottageCutz Spring Label die, and added the Expressions word Spring to it. I used the Victorian Fence behind the label and Gracie, and ran the
CottageCutz Vine over it.

My card for today, was super simple to make. As I just cut the card base out with a spellbinders die, and then inked the edges, next I layered all my CottageCutz dies on it, and lastly added a seam binding bow, that I made using Really Reasonable Ribbon, and button to complete this little card.
Thank you for looking and have a lovely day!

CottageCutz Springtime Cat in Window

Hello everyone, and Happy Monday to all!
Today I'm sharing a springtime card made for the Scrapping Cottage using the Darling New CottageCutz dies from the Spring Release found Here!

I absolutely LOVE working with the CottageCutz dies, as they are super DARLING
and super fun to work with. I really enjoyed creating this springtime card using the super sweet CottageCutz Window w/Cat Die, Vine,Victorian Fence, and the Spring Treehouse, all CottageCutz Dies from the Spring Release.

All CottageCutz Dies are linked to the Scrapping Cottage Store for easy findings.

On my card I used some pretty Crate Paper Design paper I got from the Warehouse sale last year here in Utah. I layered it, and did some sewing on each layer. Next I airbrushed the clouds using a die cut for the outline. All the CottageCutz pieces were cut in white, and then colored using copic markers. I did add some half backed pearls to the CottageCutz Vine. The border is CottageCutz Sweetheart Border, I love this border, its one of my many favorites from the Scrapping Cottage!

All the wording are from the CottageCutz Expressions line. I used the MOM Expressions die, and the Thinking of you Expressions die,. I just colored them with copics to match my design.

Thank you for looking and hope you have an AWESOME week!
Hugs to all,
