if you arrived here from Ginny's Blog you are on the right track. If not , you will want to head back to the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog that way you don't miss out on any of the FABULOUS Designs from the Design Team today! There is going to be lots of Beautiful projects to see today using the Vintage Patriotic Ribbon Assortment, so I hope you Enjoy
For my card today I chose this darling design paper from Pink Paislee called Pen Pals its an oldie but I love it! I layered 4 different designs from the 6 x 6 paper stack. Next I added sewing to each layer to give some embellished edges, and white gel dots. The Happy Birthday and tag are from My Makers Movement called Petite Sentiments. Every layer is popped using RRR foam squares to give the card a 3-d look.
Next I chose the 2 ribbons from this months vintage Patriotic Ribbon Assortment, love these 2 satins together. I then layered the flowers using the Large white Chrysanthemums and then Red Cherry Blossoms , and next to those are the blue 15mm open roses, then rose buds in red, Love how everything coordinates so perfectly together. Lastly I added a little pearl heart.
