On my card I made the background dp with distressed inks, pink and blue! I added some pearl mixative to this as well.
First I dabbed on the blue, and then added the pink
Last you will want to add the pearl mixative!
Super easy technique, and I love doing these backgrounds. This technique is super easy and fast too!!
Here is another picture of my card. I used copics to color my animals, and added little flower gems to the wheels on the cow, the others have gems too but they are round.

Of course I had to add my ribbon treatment and some button shapes :)

This is such a cute card! I love how you created different size images. Your homemade background paper is pretty cool! I also love how you added the pretty bow and diaper pin embellie. Everyone seemed to be on the same page with adding bling to the center of the wheels - will have to try that next time! Love your card!
