Monochromatic Green for VO Challenge

Hello everyone, and Happy Monday!!
Today's card was designed for Victorine Originals Monochromatic Green Challenge that started today. We were to use only Green, and of course a neutral color to go with it.
So I chose to use American Crafts/Pebbles Basic paper stack 12 x 12, for all the green design paper. The green card stock is also American Crafts and is from the Earth Tones Collection.I also used a white to layer with each green layer.Lastly I did add some green sewing to complete each layer.

For my Stamp I used Victorine Originals (2396-H) This is the Day the Lord Hath Made , such a beautiful stamp. I did color a bit with a Tim Holtz distress marker in a green.

Next I used some Really Reasonable Ribbon in Moss Green Gingham. LOVE the gingham prints in ribbon too! There are many colors to choose from at RRR, and you can find them all here.

Thank you for looking and have a lovely day! Hugs to all,

Z Becky Brown/Shabby Chic Lace & Silk Insert

Hello everyone, today I wanted to share a Z Becky Brown Purse insert I designed using some of Really Reasonable Ribbons Lace, Silk, and Jumbo Leaves.

I figured out a pattern I wanted and tried to combine some of my old laces with Really Reasonable Ribbon Lace, to create a pretty purse for summertime. I love the way it turned out, and enjoyed making this design using Really Reasonable Ribbons, and Laces.
Here are some of the laces I used:

I made the flowers for the center out of the Silk that Bonnie carries, and let me tell you, its absolutely beautiful silk ribbon. Very easy to work with too!  I then added some vintage flowers, and the Jumbo Leaves in moss green that can be found at the Really Reasonable Ribbon store here. Lastly I added a silk bow to the top of my purse! Cant wait to use this for summertime!!
Thank you for looking and have a super wonderful day!

ZBeckyBrown/Cardmaker Blog Hop

Hello everyone and Welcome to the
Z Becky Brown & CardMaker Magazine Blog Hop!

You should have arrived from Kelli's Blog if not you will want to start at the Cardmaker Blog so you dont miss anything.
I hope you are enjoying the hop so far today, as there is LOTS of Inspiration along the way. Be sure to stop by each blog and leave a comment to be entered to WIN some Z Becky Brown Goodies!!!

Now on to my Purse Insert that I designed for Z Becky Brown's "Text Theme"  I used TEXT Design Paper from American Crafts "True Love" Collection, then I distressed it with Tim Holtz distressed ink. For the lace, I used some Vintage lace I have, and then used the AC Alphabet thickers for the "adore" , I thought it needed something else, so I added some pieces of pearl flourishes that I had, and a little resin flower. Lastly I made a bow using RRR Satin Black to complete my bag.
I chose the word "Adore" since it was on the design paper. If you look closely, you will see it above the swirl on the right side. It was also up in the left corner, but the lace cover it there. I thought it was perfect for this purse.

Here is the Complete Blog Hop Line-up just in case you missed one.
