Ribbons

I bought this pumpkin a few years back and wanted to decorate it. Well it sat and become a prop for photos for awhile, and now I finally decorated it. I will use this on my table setting at Thanksgiving. So I started with an old vintage doily, and then hot glued it on first. Next I used the plaid RRR to create a bow, and then hot glued it on. Next I added some flowers, the daisy, Magnolias, and the trellis rose and then stuck in some beads, and the gold bead berry sprays. I did add some RRR Leaves, and then some larger leaves from my stash. Love how it turned out and may have to decorate the orange pumpkin now.

Love your Pumpkin! This is such a clever way to dress it up! I just may have to keep my eye for something similar and give it a try!
Beautiful :)

Love, love, love your green pumpkin. Especially love the crocheted doily. Reminds me of the ones my great gran use to make when I was a kid. Thanksgiving is the perfect time for nostalgia.
