Whimsical Bee Card

Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday to you all! Today I'm sharing a super sweet card I made using Cheery Lynn Designs darling dies. LOVE this super sweet Whimsical Bee die, and she works perfectly with the sweet Daisy strip die. I really enjoyed making this darling card. Of course I always seem to take forever choosing design papers, not sure why, maybe due to the fact that I own way too much of it.....LOL hehehhe that could be one reason, but I'm so funny about picking my design papers first, and doing all my layers, then cutting all my dies.

Anyways, I chose an OLD design paper I bought years back, and its from All my memories 2005 , I bought it in 2006 though, crazy right, well I bought a lot of it, as I really loved this collection, so I pulled it out and figured I would use the yellows and blacks in it, and leave out the reds and pinks. Next I had already picked out all the dies I wanted to use on my card. I love Cheery Lynns flower strips, they are so easy to use, and make flower making super fast, so I made up the daisies.
Cheery Lynn Designs Dies used:
Whimsical Bee B800- Cut in black, and then added yellow card stock to the back , next I added some stickles to give some glitz to my sweet bee.
Flourish Frame B888- cut in white card stock, its behind the whimsical Bee
Daisy Strip B259- Cut in white, ran through machine just 1 time, and then dusted them in a yellow ink. I did use the hot glue gun to glue them together, and to add a white embellishment from Really Reasonable Ribbon to the center of each flower.
Flourish #3- was also cut in white and then dabbed with 2 different club scrap greens.
Page Tabs B567- was cut in the coordinating yellow card stock that was used to layer my card layers, then I stamped a sentiment from Lifes a Garden , Pink by design stamp set. I also added some black dots using a black pen.
Ribbons are from Really Reasonable Ribbon
I really enjoyed spending some time crafting and making this card to share today. Hope you enjoyed my short post, and have a lovely week!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Im keeping my post short and sweet today, as Its been a busy week this week. everything was put together using Really Reasonable Ribbons Scotch refill ATG tape, and then the foam squares. I will put all links below, i used some scrap design paper and stamped the dot paper using a pink ink for the background on the card.

Sweet Cupcake Card

Hello everyone and Happy Thursday to you all! Today I have a super SWEET Cheery Lynn cupcake card to share, yep its a sweet one...heeehehehe I love this little cupcake, its absolutely too cute, and I really enjoyed coloring this one up. I used the copic markers on it, and I also used some stickles and glossy accents on the cherries, yes I used both on them, super fun right??!!!

The card was layered using some old design papers I had come across in my stash when I was sorting through it a couple of months back, trying to clear out some things and make room for creating :) This darling Cherry paper and polka dots was in some scraps I had on one of my shelves, so I pulled it out and set it aside to use, and thought how perfect it would be with this darling Cheery Lynn cupcake die.

I layered the cupcake on 2 other cheery Lynn dies and will list them below. This card was super fun and easy to make.

My card for today was designed to give to my neighbor who just had their baby boy, I also made a sweet baby quilt to go along with this darling card. Love the ribbon, its from this months ribbon assortment, and it works perfectly on this card here. I also added some stamens and a little checked covered button. The bows were made using the Taffeta in the collections of ribbons shown above, and then i added some stamens and a little checkered covered button, both can be found at Really Reasonable Ribbon, and I will have the links below for easy finding.

The layers were all done with assorted baby papers that came in a pebbles stack. The dies are CC Ive had these for a long time, and thought I should use them, as they also go perfectly with the quilt I made. The stamp on the from is an oldie, its from Graphic45.

Fox was colored with copics, and everything else was dusted using a judikins duster and blue ink. I did add a little glitz to the ABC  , and the It's a Boy balloons, you can hardly see it in the 1st two photos, however the last photo you can see it a little.

Cheery Lynn's Whimsical Lion

Hello crafty friends and Happy Wednesday to you all! Today I have a super fun and sweet card made using Cheery Lynn's sweet Whimsical Lion die along with a few others as well. Love how cute this little guy is. I'm loving this yellow and green color combo, and normally I'm not a yellow kinda a gal...hehehehe But once in awhile its nice to change things up a bit.

for the lion I cut him out 2 times in white card stock, and then dusted his body with ink and then colored his main with copic markers E55 & YR24. Next I added some pink  colored pieces of card stock behind his ears, and the black for the eyes was colored with marker and then I added viva pearl pen in black to give a 3-D look for the eyes. the nose I colored a grey, and glued to the back of the face like I did the eyes.

Sentiment was stamped in black using JustRite Papercrafts stamps and the mini Misti stamping tool. Design papers Im not sure who they are by, as those are from my stash, and didnt have any name on them. Lately ive been pulling from OLD OLD papers and scraps, trying to use some different colors and such.

for the doily i used Cheery Lynns french pastry die, along with the Horizon Circle die and then the Circle cut and pierce die, all layered up.

Corner dies were cut using a green card stock, and is from the BD-17 Corners die. Lastly I added a bow using Really Reasonable Ribbons, and then some flower embellishments

RRR Sweet Baby Girl card

Hello everyone and Happy Thursday to you all.
Cheryl here today and I have a super sweet baby girl card I made for Really Reasonable Ribbon using their beautiful flowers, Ribbons, embellishment, and adhesives to create my card for today. LOVE the sweet Ribbon and flowers I used on this one.

For the card base I chose a white card stock to create a 6" x 6" card, and then layered with design papers in pinks and white card stock, these were found in my scrap stash. I did add some decorative sewing to the edges of each layer.  I also used some Cheery Lynn designs dies for the sweet rocking horse, and the frame.  I embellished with the gorgeous ribbons and will list all RRR items below. I used some glitz on the rocking horse, to give a little sparkle, and then a little tiny bow with an embellishment to complete the horse. The big bow was made using the beautiful Canvas colored band with the stitched edge in pink.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies used:
Canvas colored band with stitched edge in pink ribbon
Crosshatch satin on peony ribbon for mini bow on horse
Dimco Ivory /Coral Rose flower
embellishment flowers
foam squares
scotch tape refill
