Valentines Chocolate Bunny Candy Holder & Video

Hello crafty friends and Happy Tuesday to you all! Today's cute little pouch was designed for Kadoodle Bug Designs using the darling Chocolate Bunny SVG file, just love this little bunny. I also decorated some suckers to go inside this pouch.

So for the pouch I just cut my design paper, this one is kinda thick, and then rolled it and used scor-tape to hold the ends together. Next I used scor-tape again along the bottom with some hot glue to hold it extra well. Then I used the pinking sheers along the bottom. Now for the band on the top, I used a Martha stewart punch and  ran that around the top part of the pouch. I then used an old bow die to add to the top. I also used a heart die on the center to place my little Chocolate bunny piece, and love this, super easy and fun to make for Valentines day. I've been working on some fun things to share and to gift to my grandkids, kids, and my mom for Valentines day this year. Hope you like!

Knightly Kisses Treat bag

Hello everyone and happy Wednesday to you all! Today I have this darling Knightly Kisses Dragon treat bag I decorated for The Robins Nest Creative. Isn't he darling?

To Start

To start with I bought some of these bags from American crafts years ago in different colors, and they always work perfect for treat giving for different holidays. For my layering I used 3 different dies to cut out the brown, white heart, and then doily. I then used one of my SVG files from Kadoodle Bug Designs that I had already made up from last year and layered them all up on the front. Next I punched out the border with the hearts, and glued it on, and then glued on the ric rac to the top and added some bows. The little darling dragon is called Knightly Kisses. The ribbon I used is from Really Reasonable Ribbon and is a white satin.

Decorating Valentines Treat Bag using Dew drops

I started with using the red dew drops by adding them to the border on the bottom of my treat bag, and glued them on using some art glitter glue. For the Dragon, I try to keep some of these made up and in a book so I can use when needed. I decided to use some pink dew drops on his toes, and then clear ones on the doily behind him. Next I chose to add some red dew drops to the white bows at the top, and glued them on usind hot glue, love how they look. Love using these for different projects and gifts, so much fun. Its nice to be able to make some quick and easy treats for the holidays.

Valentines Chocolate Kisses Fox

Hello crafty friends and happy Tuesday to you all! Today's Valentines confectionery treat bag was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the gorgeous ribbons and embellishments.

To start I used a die to cut out my confectionery bag, and then used some design paper to run across the center. Next I punched out a heart border and glued it down using scor-tape, and then added some of the beautiful Satin Swiss dot ribbon over the border. Next I added some heart shaped filigree die pieces, and my darling Valentine Chocolate Kisses Fox from Kadoodle Bug Designs. To finish off the front I added the pretty pink ribbon bow with a flower embellishment in the center, a heart embellishment to the top left corner, and then a wood heart with the xoxo heart. These are super fun to create and perfect little gifts to give.

Be Mine Valentine treats

Hello crafty friends and Happy Saturday to you all! Today I have these darling little sucker covers I made for The Robins Nest Creative using the beautiful assortment of dew drops. I do hope you enjoy my post for today!

To Start

To start with I bought some suckers from Homegoods for christmas and had lots left over and decided I would use these and make sucker covers to cover the fronts of them. I thought the grandkids wouldn't mind so I figured i would use what i have on hand to make these little sucker covers using dew drops. Next I punched out some scalloped circles in two different sizes, and circles using different colors and then grabbed some layered stickers that I have for valentine's day. I popped up each layer using foam tabs. I wanted to add some ribbons to each one and a little tag, so I then picked my ribbons and made bows for each , and then punced out a tag and stamped my sentiment and added more dew drops.

Decorating Sucker Covers using Dew drops

I started with using the red and pink dew drops for the Love sucker , and then also used some gold for the tag that is hanging. for the blue one I chose to use pink and then blue for the tag. Now in the center covering the red heart is a big clear dew drop and I love these too! Omgosh there are so many things you can use these for. love them! Then on the last one I used all red dew drops. Love using these for different projects and gifts, so much fun. Its nice to be able to make some quick and easy treats for the holidays.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you enjoyed my post for today. happy crafting to all

Today's project is a treat holder for Valentines day. It holds 3 Ghirardelli chocolates. I started with a piece of card stock that measures 3 1/2" x 10 1/4" then score at 1" , 5 1/2, 6". then fold up at the bottom, and the fold down at the top scores. Next I cut out my design paper piece for the top and it measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" then cut a heart out of that using a die. Next I placed a light pink behind it using the 1/8" scor tape to hold it. Then attach the main front piece to the treat base using scor-tape. now I added some other hearts using foam tabs, and the gorgeous delicate satin from this months ribbon assortment to make my bow and add ribbon to the top folded piece. I tied my tag on using the twine.  I also used the pink twine, and then some Gabrielle Lace along the bottom. I lastly added a pearl shape heart to the top sticker heart.

Salon "Thank you"

Hello crafty friends and Happy Monday to you all! Today's card was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the gorgeous 3/8" Plaid Ribbon Black Bold Check. Just love this ribbon with my card I made.

For my card I chose to use the Salon Design paper pack called Salon from Echo Park. I figued it would be cute to use several of the patterns from this collection, super cute paper. I instantly thought of this beautiful bold black plaid I had, and thought it would look perfect with my card. Next I chose to add some flowers, and then I added my sentiment, and the scissors to the frame. On the corners I chose to use the dew drops, and lastly I added sewing to each layer. This card has lots of layers, oooo and I also did the inside as well. When adding the inside layer I did use scor-tape and also for the top main layer as well. I find that using the scor-tape I dont have any issues with them coming loose.
