Happy Birthday Cupcake

Hello everyone, and Happy Wednesday to all!!!
Today I wanted to do a quick post to share my card designed for The Project Bin, & Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge today!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Cupcake Stamp, its so perfect for a Birthday card. I have plans for this one, but cant say, as I don't want the receiver of this to know.....hehehehehe I LOVE cupcakes, they are sooo yummy, so when I saw this stamp I knew it was perfect! Love the saying on it, its so true!!!

On my card I used the Darling Happy Birthday & Cupcake from The Project Bin "Fun is Good" set. It was stamped in Memento black ink, on white card stock, and then airbrushed with pink and blue. Next I stamped the cupcake 3 times, and colored with brown and pink, adding some stickles for glitz, and for the cherry I used a viva pearl pen in red.

The paper I used is OLD from The Greeting Farm, its one of my FAV's for cupcake design paper, I keep this put up in a cabinet, so I don't use it very often, as I cant replace it.

Ribbon is Really Reasonable Ribbon, it was a piece hanging on my wall rack, and I figured I better use it....hehehehe

Buttons came from different button packs. I did use Twine through the buttons, and added some sewing, and dots.

 Challenges:
Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge
Tuesday Throwdown/Use your diecuts
Craft-D-Bowz /Anything goes with a handmade bow
Craft Your Passion/Anything goes
Crafty Boots/Use a Sentiment

Flowering Vine Mini Cards

Hello everyone, today I wanted to share another set of Mini cards made using the CottageCutz Flowering Vine from the CottageCutz Petites Collection. Love this flowering vine, its absolutely Beautiful!
For the flowering Vine, I cut it out using White Card Stock, and then colored the flowers in 2 different Copic Pinks. For the greenery part, I used 2 different green copic pens. The Ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon, and so are the Buttons I used. These were super easy to make, and take no time at all. They measure 4 x 4" and I used random sentiments from the Greeting Farm on this set!

Embellishments consist of Ribbon and Buttons only!

Whimsical Greetings

Hello everyone, and Happy Thursday to all!
Today's card was designed for Splitcoastampers Way to use it challenge. We were to use BUTTERFLIES! LOVE THIS!

So for my card today I used The Scrapping Cottage Vintage Butterfly Flourish, and airbrushed it using copic markers in these colors-
R39,100, YR09,C5,YR16. Next I added the green rhinestones to the body of my butterfly.
The frame I used is CottageCutz Fancy Victorian Frame. I dusted the frame using Spiced Marmalade. and then stamped my sentiment using Butterfly Wishes from the Greeting Farm Stamps.
The Design paper is oldie but goodie....hehehe its Basicgreys Ambrosia, love it! It has BUTTERFLIES on it as well :) Perfect for todays challenge.

LOVE LOVE LOE these beautiful CottageCutz Victorian Corners, not only are they beautiful, but they look amazing on the cards, and in mini albums. LOVE these!

Thank you for stopping by and taking a peek at my card today!
Enjoy your day!
Hugs to all,

CottageCutz Victorian Bird

Hello everyone,  today I wanted to share a card made using the CottageCutz Victorian Release. Yes I am LOVING this Release, and have been busy crafting away with these BEAUTIFUL dies, I just LOVE the CottageCutz dies, not only are they super fun to work with, but easy to use as well.

My card today measures 6" x 6" and I used some bright colors for this one. I always have a hard time using the bright PINK, even though I love the color pink, its been a challenge for me. However I love the way this one turned out, as I used the bright PINK for highlights instead of using it as the main focal point.

CottageCutz dies used are - CottageCutz Victorian Bird, CottageCutz Victorian Floral, and CottageCutz Fancy Floral Frame I used airbrushing on the Bird and the Floral piece. love the look it gives to airbrush with the copics, not only that but its super easy to do as well. Inside the frame I stamped a SU! birthday sentiment.

Design paper is scraps that I had, and wanted to use up. I am trying to use up some of my scrap pieces that I have had in a basket. This is a nice challenge to get rid of scraps....Gotta love that!

CottageCutz dies used are

I did add some RRR in a Moss Satin, and then a button, and some gems to embellish my card. The Friend Stamp is super OLD its a Greeting Farm one, Called "Hello-Go-Round"

I hope you enjoyed my post for today, and thank you for stopping by and taking a Peek!
Hugs to all, and thank you again for all your super SWEET Comments! I LOVE reading them!
Hugs,
Cheryl

Victorian Lady

Hello everyone, and Happy Tuesday to all!

Today's card features the Victorian Release. LOVE this release and all the dies that come in this collection. On my card today I used the CottageCutz Victorian Lady, Ornate Fence , Flourish Vine, and the largest part of the Victorian Frame. The Little flowers are from the CottageCutz Tree of Nature die. Card was entered into Splitcoaststampers Challenge F4A269.

The Victorian Lady was colored with copics, and then I added some Viva Pearl Pen dots to the dress and her umbrella.  The Victorian frame , works perfect to frame the circle layer I used. Love the look! I also cut the Ornate Fence in white and added the Flourish Vine to it, along with some flowers that I cut out using the CottageCutz Tree of Nature die.. I love the small flowers from this die, they work perfect for embellishing a lot of the CottageCutz Greenery.

CottageCutz Dies Used: All are linked to the Scrapping Cottage Store, just click on each photo and it will take you to the item.
Lastly I used a super old stamp from The Greeting Farm, and punched it out with SU! punches. The dp is from DCWV. I added some Really Reasonable Ribbon seam binding and sewing to complete my card. Love the way it turned out, and I had a lot of fun making this card!

Thank you for looking and have a lovely day!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Sweet Angel Anya

Hello everyone
today I thought I would share a sweet Angel Anya card I made. I came across this Stamped image, and thought she would be perfect for today's post. Of course "Sweet Angel Anya" needed some SWEET Really Reasonable Ribbon to go along with her :)

So for my card I used Hot Pink Really Reasonable Ribbon in 2 sizes, and then Pink Sheer Box pleated trim for my flowers. Buttons are also from Really Reasonable Ribbon and give my card some bling!

RRR Supplies Used:
Buttons-Rose Garden
White Pearls

Design paper I used is from Imaginisce/Loves Me , and I used white card stock and some baby blue card stock. Next I used pink thread for my sewing. All frames are spellbinders, and SU! Anya was colored with copic markers , and lastly I used a heart shaped button for the large bow.

Its been a super LONG time since I have made a card using an Anya stamp :) but she was soo cute and already stamped for me :) so just had to use her for todays post!!

The Greeting Farm Release Day!!!!

Hey everyone!
It's TGF RELEASE DAY and there's NO April Fool's joke here when we say that ALL NEW RELEASES are now available in the
TGF Store We hope you've enjoyed our previews this week and are SO excited to welcome Get Well by Marina Neira, Stamping Anya, Eric, Dee Dee, and Oliver/Amelia "Buddies" to the TGF Family of rubber! Today is a GREAT day and we're so happy you're along for the ride!
Today we are also excited and honored to announce the 1st "TGF Cares" Charity Card Drive. This is something that TGF has been wanting to do for a long time and we have finally been able to put together a card drive for a cause very close to our hearts. A few years ago, Jessica was introduced to a family who was only a few weeks away from losing their two-year old daughter, whose name was also Jessica. Through this terrible tragedy, the family couldn't say enough about how wonderful the Ronald McDonald House was to them, specifically the one near the Fairview Children's Hospital near Minneapolis, MN. (please see Jessica's blog for more on this touching story and how TGF customers can help put a smile on the faces of many in need of them!)
There are so many sick children whose families do nothing short of moving mountains for these kids to help them get well. Not only is it important to lift the spirits of these courageous children, but also the families-the parents, siblings, and relatives during all of the emotional ups and downs of a child's fight for life.

TGF is proud and honored to be collecting cards that will go to the RMH in Minneapolis as well as the Fairview Children's Hospital, parents, and siblings of these petite patients during the long and brave journey of theirs. Be sure to stop by the
TGF BLOG today for complete details on this special contest close to our hearts.

For my cards today I used Oliver and Amelia from the Buddies set!! Arent they just toooo CUTE??!!!!!
On Amelia the flowers are made with papers, and brads for the centers.
for Oliver, I just used the regular flowers, and branches! I think he is just way tooo CUTE!!!! The sentiment is also from the same set!!
To see the rest of TGF DT's projects for today you can visit them here:

The Greeting Farm Preview!!

Hello everyone!
We have another fun preview over at
The Greeting Farm's blog for you today using the new "Get Well" set designed by Marina Neira.

Even more heartwarming, we are calling all of YOU to action by heading up a CHARITY CARD DRIVE for sick children and their families this week. Tomorrow you will hear more about that from Jessica and be given instructions on how you can enter this card drive and put a smile on the faces of not only a sick child, but hopefully their parents, siblings, and all who are affected by all of the heartbreaking illnesses out there. We have been wanting to do this for some time and I'm really happy about it; can't wait to see how many cards we can collect for this wonderful cause!
We are also really excited about release day tomorrow AND the announcement of this contest. Because it will be the focus of the TGF Release this month, sans Blog Hops, etc...we have put together a HUGE prize for this contest, so stay tuned! In addition, there will be prizes given away tomorrow on our Release Day so be sure to stop by the TGF Blog for the Official Contest rules but also a comment contest tomorrow....who DOESN'T like a little immediate gratification ;)

The Design Team-Farmers and Critter Crew alike, has some SUPER cute samples today on the TGF Blog and our own personal blogs too!
