Really Reasonable Ribbon Carrot Ornament

Hello everyone and happy Monday to you all! Cheryl here today with a fun little Carrot ornament I decorated using Really Reasonable Ribbons Seam Binding.

So I started with these carrot chipboard shaped ornaments that I bought at the dollar store, and knew instantly what I wanted to do with them. I came home and covered all 10 with design paper, and then sanded the edges and distressed with an orange ink, and vintage photo ink. Next I picked out my seam binding and started ruching it up, and cutting it into pieces, and then hot glued it to the top of the carrot for the greenery part I chose the Bay Leaf color. I then used some of RRR twine for the bow, and the little embellishment for the center. Love how these turned out and can't wait to finish them all for my tree for Easter.

Thank you so very much for stopping by and have a lovely day! Hugs to all, Cheryl

For my sweet little treat covered candy bar today, I designed this for Really Reasonable Ribbons Hop and for The Robins Nest Creative, all detailed photos can be seen here on their blog. I also designed this for KaDoodle Bug Designs as well. so for my project today I chose some of the darling Easter papers from Echo Park, then the dew drops, and the darling Lamb from KaDoodle Bug Designs too. I added in the darling Gingham pink ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I also used the scor-tape to attach all the pieces to the candy bar. I popped up the sentiment and lamb using dew drops. To make the lamb more 3-D I just added double foam tabs.

Luncheon Table Setting with treats

Hello everyone and Happy Friday to you all! So over the last couple of weeks I've shared some of my projects with you for my Luncheon table setting I was working on, well here it is. I had so much fun making all the little goodies to gift to my friends in club, and they loved them all!

So the bunnies you see on the plates I did make and those have hangers on them so if they want they can hang them from a tree or whatever they choose. Next they each also received a mini Hexagon box, which I do have a video tutorial on and it can be found here. I've made these boxes in several different sizes, and this on the table by each plate is the smallest of them all. Below you will see the larger ones.

Next I gave each a little pink cup filled with Homemade Italian ToTo cookies that I made, love these!

Now the bigger Hexagon Boxes you will see next held the gifts for our raffle we do. I had three of those done up for the gifts. Love making all the fun goodies for this.

Video on Hexagon Box can be found HERE
I do hope you enjoyed my post for today and thank you so much for stopping by!
hugs to all,

Milk Carton Hexagon Gift Box Large

Hello crafty friends and happy Wednesday to you all! Todays Project is a Hexagon Milk Carton Gift box I made for The Robins Nest Creative, you can see my post over on their site here.

I love making these darling little boxes as they are so much fun and perfect for gift giving or treats. I have a video on the medium size box and that can be seen here.

  • 1st thing I do is always pick my card stock color first, then the design paper I want to use and coordinating card stock as well.
  • next I cut all pieces the size they need to be and then score my main box pieces.
  • Now its time to glue all the design papers and card stock to each panel.
  • Put together
  • now decorate
Items Used:
Dew Drops for the eggs around the bottom, these are from The Robins Nest Creative. Love usng these for different things. The grass, fence, and eggs are all dies used to cut them. The darling Bunny Chick is from kaDoodle Bug Desigsn and is super cute. Its Called Eggsploding Sweetness SVG file. I did use Really Reasonable Ribbon in a satin pink for the closer, and then I used Gingham, and pink dots for the bows. The sentiment Im not sure who its by, as it was a random red rubber stamp I had in my stash.

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a lovely day!

Fun Fold Easter Treat box card /Video

Hello crafty friends and Happy Friday to you all! Todays fun fold gift box/tag card was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon using their gorgeous ribbons, ric rac and then heart embellishment. Also Designed for KaDoodle Bug Designs using the darling little Easter Bunny Bear. I Love making this sweet little fun fold gift box/tag card, they are super addicting as you get 2 out of 1 12 x 12 card stock.

So for the front of my box I used some Ric Rac along the pocket that holds the tag, or gift card, then used the Delicate Stitched Ribbon and created a bow for the pocket. The Satin Swiss Dots in yellow I used for the tag. I did punch out the scalloped circle and the circle, and then added some eggs that I cut with a die. The carrots I found at Walmart and thought they were so stinking cute and had to buy them for the grandkids. I was thinking I would use them somehow in some treat bag/box, and then thought of this. they work perfect! Now I wish I would have bought more bags, as I didn't see them there this past week. My little Bunny Bear is an svg file that I pieced together and did up the eyes and all. Now I want to make somemore of these, so I'm off again to craft.
