My Project today is a treat holder I made

Today's treat holder was designed using card stock, and some die cuts, and the darling little SVG Bee that I made using the cricut. I also used the beautiful ribbons from RRR and then the embellishments as well. The treat holder I just cut card stock, and then used a border punch along the top. Did some score lines for the folds and so it can hold a chocolate. I then used some spellbinders dies for the circles and glued them on. I will show a photo below. Ribbons I used are Pink Hearts Grosgrain Ribbon and then the beautiful Satin Ribbon. The little heart and flower are also from Really Reasonable Ribbon and can be found here

I love you!

Hello crafty friends, and Happy Thursday to you all! Today I wanted to share this darling card I made using the SVG file from KaDoodle Bug Designs. Melissa has come out with some new cutting files to create card sketches from and I love them! I also used the darling Little Love Bugs SVG as well.

So to start with I did add some extra layers of circles using the one provided. So I added the pink and white one, just by duplicating the red circle twice and making them smaller. Next I made an extra square, the design paper one, using the same method as I described above. I love how fun and simple this card was to make.

My Little Love Bugs girl was done in design space as well, and I added some extra layers of wings, and for her eyes.

For my Pocket Pouch today I used some echo park design paper to create this sweet easy pouch. I then added the darling Valentine Bumble Bear to the front, and some gorgeous Really Reasonable Ribbon to the pouch. Pearl Pink with Hot Pink Dots Satin Ribbon. I also used it around the small Rosette Pop. For the large one I added some of the Bold Check ribbon in red.

My rosettes were made using a die, and I then layered some other die cuts on top. I also added a sticker to the large one, and then an 3-D heart to the small one.

Inside I put a little note pad, the bear markers, and some candy. these will be for the grandkids, I always enjoy creating fun things for them for the holidays.

Be Mine Cupid Gable Box

Hello crafty friends and Happy Friday to you all! Today's Valentine treat holder is a decorated Gable box I purchased from Hobby Lobby using Design papers, Really Reasonable Ribbon, Kadoodle Bug Designs Cupid Leroy, and some dies. This was super fun to do and cant wait to make some more of these.

I used kadoodle bug cupid Leroy from the Gnomie friends collection. Super cute isn't he? I do have some YouTube videos on other svg's if you would like to see, you can view those here.  Also Cupid Leroy can be found at Kadoodle Bug Designs , all ribbons and lace can be found here at Really Reasonable Ribbon (taffeta , strawberry brownie stitched grosgrain  gabrielle lace ) . The design paper I chose was some leftover scrap pieces I had pulled to use, and then the hearts were all cut on my cricut when I cut out some of my other files, and I used them on here. The little doily is an oldie from cheery lynn designs, and works perfect for this gable box.

I hope you enjoyed my Valentines Be Mine Gable Box today, and thank you for stopping by and have a lovely day!

Valentines LOVE Door Hanger

Hello crafty friends and Happy Monday to you all! This past week I've been super busy trying to do lots of different Valentine's treat holders, as I love making different things. This is another fun treat holder and I love the way it turned out. Today's project was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the gorgeous ribbons and some adhesvies and for Kadoodle Bug Designs using the Jar of Hearts SVG file.

So to begin with I used a red card stock on the hanging part, and then covered the front of the box part with some old design paper I had a scrap piece of using scor tape for the front.. Next I added a border punch border to the top, and then some Satin Swiss Dots Ribbon in Red. I then used some die cuts, and some SVG heart cuts for decorating the door hanger, and the darling bunny is Jar of Hearts from Kadoodle Bug Designs. My big pretty bow at the top is Satin Pink Delicate Stitched ribbon, its one of my Favorites. I filled the inside with some suckers and a few different candies. I've been having so much fun creating treat holders for Valentines day.

Valentines Chocolate Bunny Candy Holder & Video

Hello crafty friends and Happy Tuesday to you all! Today's cute little pouch was designed for Kadoodle Bug Designs using the darling Chocolate Bunny SVG file, just love this little bunny. I also decorated some suckers to go inside this pouch.

So for the pouch I just cut my design paper, this one is kinda thick, and then rolled it and used scor-tape to hold the ends together. Next I used scor-tape again along the bottom with some hot glue to hold it extra well. Then I used the pinking sheers along the bottom. Now for the band on the top, I used a Martha stewart punch and  ran that around the top part of the pouch. I then used an old bow die to add to the top. I also used a heart die on the center to place my little Chocolate bunny piece, and love this, super easy and fun to make for Valentines day. I've been working on some fun things to share and to gift to my grandkids, kids, and my mom for Valentines day this year. Hope you like!

Knightly Kisses Treat bag

Hello everyone and happy Wednesday to you all! Today I have this darling Knightly Kisses Dragon treat bag I decorated for The Robins Nest Creative. Isn't he darling?

To Start

To start with I bought some of these bags from American crafts years ago in different colors, and they always work perfect for treat giving for different holidays. For my layering I used 3 different dies to cut out the brown, white heart, and then doily. I then used one of my SVG files from Kadoodle Bug Designs that I had already made up from last year and layered them all up on the front. Next I punched out the border with the hearts, and glued it on, and then glued on the ric rac to the top and added some bows. The little darling dragon is called Knightly Kisses. The ribbon I used is from Really Reasonable Ribbon and is a white satin.

Decorating Valentines Treat Bag using Dew drops

I started with using the red dew drops by adding them to the border on the bottom of my treat bag, and glued them on using some art glitter glue. For the Dragon, I try to keep some of these made up and in a book so I can use when needed. I decided to use some pink dew drops on his toes, and then clear ones on the doily behind him. Next I chose to add some red dew drops to the white bows at the top, and glued them on usind hot glue, love how they look. Love using these for different projects and gifts, so much fun. Its nice to be able to make some quick and easy treats for the holidays.

Hello crafty friends and happy Tuesday to you all! Today's Valentines confectionery treat bag was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the gorgeous ribbons and embellishments.

To start I used a die to cut out my confectionery bag, and then used some design paper to run across the center. Next I punched out a heart border and glued it down using scor-tape, and then added some of the beautiful Satin Swiss dot ribbon over the border. Next I added some heart shaped filigree die pieces, and my darling Valentine Chocolate Kisses Fox from Kadoodle Bug Designs. To finish off the front I added the pretty pink ribbon bow with a flower embellishment in the center, a heart embellishment to the top left corner, and then a wood heart with the xoxo heart. Be Mine Valentine treats

Hello crafty friends and Happy Saturday to you all! Today I have these darling little sucker covers I made for The Robins Nest Creative using the beautiful assortment of dew drops. I do hope you enjoy my post for today!

To Start

To start with I bought some suckers from Homegoods for christmas and had lots left over and decided I would use these and make sucker covers to cover the fronts of them. I thought the grandkids wouldn't mind so I figured i would use what i have on hand to make these little sucker covers using dew drops. Next I punched out some scalloped circles in two different sizes, and circles using different colors and then grabbed some layered stickers that I have for valentine's day. I popped up each layer using foam tabs. I wanted to add some ribbons to each one and a little tag, so I then picked my ribbons and made bows for each , and then punced out a tag and stamped my sentiment and added more dew drops.

Decorating Sucker Covers using Dew drops

I started with using the red and pink dew drops for the Love sucker , and then also used some gold for the tag that is hanging. for the blue one I chose to use pink and then blue for the tag. Now in the center covering the red heart is a big clear dew drop and I love these too! Omgosh there are so many things you can use these for. love them! Then on the last one I used all red dew drops. Love using these for different projects and gifts, so much fun. Its nice to be able to make some quick and easy treats for the holidays.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you enjoyed my post for today. happy crafting to all

Valentines Candy Kiss Treat Holder

Hello everyone and Happy Monday to you all! Today I have a super easy little treat holder I made using the Top Note Die that came from StampinUp! years ago. It holds 3 little candy kisses, and was fun and easy to create. These would be perfect to give to co-workers, or for your child to bring to school. I will be having several more treat holders posting over the next few weeks, so please stop by and take a peek.

I cut out the die piece using a cute valentines design paper, then scored it so the candy kisses would fit. Now if you are using a flat candy you can score like a 1/2" that would be easy. I just laid this piece on my scoreboard and used a candy kiss to determine where i should score. Next I used some of Really Reasonable Ribbon to tie it closed, and then added some punched out pieces and stamp. super easy .
