Springtime Mailbox w/RRR

Hello crafty friends and Happy Wednesday to you all! Today I wanted to share this super fun Tin Mailbox I decorated using Really Reasonable Ribbon, Flowers and embellishments. These are super fun to make, and Ive made 2 this year now.

So first I started with a mailbox that I bought from Walmart several years back. Next I covered the mailbox and the front door with design paper. I did use scape to attach it to the mailbox. Next I covered using trims that really reasonable ribbon carried years ago and put it around the door and the mailbox. Then I chose my flower assortments all from really reasonable ribbon and hot glued them to the top. I did add some Swiss dots grosgrain ribbon that Bonnie carries in the shop. I also added some Little embellishments that are also from really reasonable ribbon. For the front door I grabbed a butterfly and a little tag out of my supplies. And lastly I added the swirl gems to complete my mailbox. If you haven't decorated one of these, you have to try at least once as they are so much fun. Ive made these for the grandkids for valentines day and for others as well to gift. super fun! I love that you can use ribbons, trims, flowers, leaves and embellishments and brads and all the fun things we collect over the years.

other supplies I used are from my stash. Butterfly, fabric brads, tulle, gem swirls, design paper, mail box, tag, and leaves all are from my stash.

Today's project is a super fun Metal mailbox I bought at Walmart a few years back. I bought several as I gifted some for Valentines day, and this one here I made for myself to display on my hutch. I used lots of Really Reasonable Ribbon, Flowers, and other fun embellishments to decorate my mailbox.  I just love this paper line from echo park, and all the ribbons from RRR match it perfectly. To add the paper on I added scor-tape to the backside of my paper and attached it to the mailbox.

So for my flower cluster up on top I used some grosgrain Swiss dots ribbon in red, I used the Delicate Stitched Ribbon and made bows from these. Next I hot glued them down and added all the flowers . I used Open Roses, Rose Buds, Sweetheart blossoms and the pom pom trim and other trim are all oldies from RRR.

Sweet Dragon Love Mailbox

Hello everyone and Happy Thursday to you all! Here is another decorated mailbox I did for Valentines Day, this one I gave to my Grandson. I really had a ton of fun creating these sweet mailboxes for the grandkids. Cant wait to decorate more for other holidays and such. Just had to share another quick post for this week.
Here is the front of it. I used some die cuts, and embellishments. Below it shows how I added the names to all of them.

The sweet dragon was cut using my Cricut Air 2 and Kadoodle Bug Designs file. I added lots of fun ribbons from Really Reasonable ribbon.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a lovely day!

Decorated Mailbox for Valentines Day

Hello everyone, and Happy Wednesday to you all! Today I'm sharing a super fun Decorated mailbox I designed for my Granddaughter for Valentines Day. These are so much fun to do. I made 3 and will post the others this week as well.
Mailbox came from Walmart. I bought tons of them. I then decorated the box using design paper, and border punch trim, Really Reasonable Ribbons, and some die cuts, chipboard pieces for the names, embellishments 3-D. I used Scor-Tape to adhere the design paper & Border, then used the foam tabs for the heart die cut on the front and the side. I used hot glue to glue the ribbon around the front door part. Super fun!

On the side I used The Makers Movement heart shaker, the little princess is from Kadoodlebug designs cut on my cricut
