Happy Valentine's Day & Mini Video tutorial

Todays card was designed for my ABC Toys and Crafts DT post on the ABC DT BLOG HERE!!

I made a video of a mini tutorial showing a way I love to use Background stamps other than for a background. Im a little nervous doing the video thing, so bear with me, after I do a few I should get a little better at doing them....LOL

So for my card I used the background stamp Heart Flourishes shown below to stamp one of the flourishes on the center diecut. I LOVE this stamp its sooo prettty!!!

I also stamped the Happy Valentines day, and did a little airbrushing around the edges. You can do airbrushing or some distressing whatever you choose.

Now I also did some sewing around the 3 panels. I added some flowers, and a ribbon treatment. I will have to make another video showing how I make my ribbon treatments too! I'm having sooo much fun with the Videos I think its a nice way to show others how you do things!

Bow Making Video & Alota Card for Mojo Monday

Todays card was designed for Mojo Monday Challenge #120 and Ive also added a Bow Making Tutorial!!

Ive had alot of people ask me to do a tutorial and im happy to say I figured out how to do one with some help from some wonderful online crafting friends!! Thank you!

How to make a Bow/ Video by Cheryl Walker

Lili's Prayer!

This is my card designed for the Inky Impressions challenge that starts today!!

For this challenge is a sketch challenge and I love the sketch that Domi has provided for us!!

On my card I used sweet DARLING Lili's Prayer, I just love these stamps. Now I want them all!!!LOL Of course I did have to place another order for a few more, since they are tooo sweet!!!

I added sewing around the 3 edges, added some ribbon, and airbrushed the background that Lili is standing on.

Valentine Notepad!

Today is my 1st blog post for ABC Toys and Crafts!!

Im sooo excited to be designing for this wonderful company, Julie is the owner, and she has sooooo many wonderful products to choose from!
If you havent been to the ABC store you will want to go and check it out!!

Right now you can get the Martha Stewart Doily lace border punch for 11.19 that is an Awesome deal!!
I received the stamps used on this card/notepad from Julie and instantly knew what I wanted to design with them!

I first started with the background stamp from Hero Arts called " Hearts Flourishes" I just love this stamp.

I stamped the background and then colored in with copics. Next I airbrushed the edges with the airbrush copic system.

For the sentiment tag, I stamped just the top part of the background on a white piece of cardstock, and then placed the spellbinder Label 5 over the stamped background to figure out where I wanted to cut. Next I stamped just the Valentine from the stamp Happy Valentines Day, by coloring the Valentine with black marker.

For the border I used the Martha Stewart Punch around the page Lattice punch(Im soooo Loving this punch) to add some borders to the sides! I added sewing, and some ribbon for my bows!

TGF Preview of Stella /and Sketch #11

Todays preview is of the 4th sprout Stella! She is sooo sweet and perfect for Valentines day!

Also the 12 days of sketches is still going on and for my card today I used the 11th day sketch!! I also combined the WTchallenge on SCS with my card. We were to think of ways we could use Time on our card or project! I decided to make a clock using stickers, since I dont own any stamps of clocks!! :)
