Today's card was created for I Brake for Stamps using the Beautiful "Large Mums" stamp, and the "Bouquet of love stamp". I also entered my card into todays Splitcoaststampers Sketch challenge. Ok I have to admit, doing clean and simple is a challenge in itself, as most of you know I LOVE lots of layers....hehehe Anyways this one was SUPER EASY to make!
For My Mums I stamped those in Back Memento ink, and then colored with copics E57 Light walnut, Y08Acid Yellow, and YR31 Light Reddish Yellow(flowers), Next I used YG03 & G24 (greenery).
Bouquet of Love was stamped in SU! Craft Brown ink and then I sprinkled some clear embossing powder over it. Now this is a new clear embossing powder its suppose to be fine, but its large to me, as my old powder was so thin you could hardly see each grain. Oh well. Next I heated it. Not sure I care for how the clear spreads with this new powder.
Layers- card stock in cream was cut at 5 1/2" x 11" and then scored at 5 1/2" . Next the brown was cut at 5 1/4" x 5 1/4", then the blue bazzill at 5 x 5, and the Prima design paper at 4 3/4" x 4 3/4", then add sewing.
Circles- I used dies to cut out my circles, and then added some white gel dots around the edges of the scallop's
Embellishing- I used Really Reasonable Ribbons brown gingham to wrap around the front of my card, and then tied my bow. Next I added some dew drops in green to the 4 corners.
My card for today was super FAST & EASY to make!
