So I bought this tree from the dollar store, and then decorated it using Really Reasonable Ribbon for my bows, and the burlap string for my ornaments. I did add some black tulle I had and then some lights, and ornaments to finish it up.
To start I took the original eyes off of her, as they were little circle dots, and added some paper ones I had cut out on the cricut a long time ago. I then smoothed down the nose to get rid of the red using a crafting sanding block and colored it pink. Next I added the pink heart on top.
For the ears I used brown seam binding that I ruched up and hot glued on her ears. and for her big bow I used the Rose Petal Seam Binding ruched up and made into a bow, then I added some flowers and then the baby pink seam binding to the top of the bow. Love how it turned out. I also added some chalking to the cheeks and eyes, and then dots to the cheeks and muzzle . I also distressed the outside of the entire frame.

For my Layout today I chose to use Echo Park design paper, Bazzill card stock, and American crafts card stock for the layers. Next I chose Really Reasonable Ribbon to run across my mats, I used the beautiful satin ribbon for fall, it's called Modern Autumn Leaves on Satin, you can see in my photo below. In the photo above you can see the Gold and Copper Diamond Grosgrain ribbon I used on the tag. To put the layers together I used lots of scor-tape , and glue. My Crow, and Moose are the darling SVG files from KaDoodle Bug Design and I had these put together from last year. Its nice when you have SVG pieces already made up to use on projects, so I love that!
On this layout here I used Echo park paper , bear and poinsettia's are an SVG file from KBD and I used the gorgeous ribbon plaid Ribbon Christmas Red and Green, from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I love the gold bead berry spray and those are also from Really Reasonable Ribbon. to put this all together I used scor-tape and hot glue. the photos are from 2015 its been awhile, and I have so many pages I want to get done. wish me luck! hehehehehe

So for my pages today I chose to use lots of scor - Tape for putting everything together. The design papers I used are from Echo Park, and the title and the Carols are from Cuddly Cute Designs and are cut with the cricut machine and then inked and glued together. Im currently working on Christmas in July and this is my 5th layout done for July. I have challenged myself to get 10 plus 2 page layouts done in July for my album. Almost there!
The Really Reasonable Ribbon I chose to use is the crosshatched satin found here , love how it looks on both of my pages. Now for the trees, title, reindeer, and reindeer kid these are all SVG's Ive cut on the cricut and pieced together.
Hello crafty friends and Happy Wednesday to you all! Cheryl here with a decorated Dew Drop Jar I designed for theRobins Nest Creative.I then painted and decorated with dew drops , tear drops, and flowers. This was designed for The Robins Nest: Todays Decorated Dew Drop Glass jar was super fun to decorate and I love decorating using the different dew drops on all my projects. I used Dew Drops from the Robins Nest to decorate the front of the jar, and added some flowers too.
So I started by painting the jar with craft paint, then I drew a green line on the front to follow with flowers and River Bed tear drops, and some round pink dew drops. I love how it turned out and will keep this on my embellishment station. All the dew drops and flowers were hot glued on the front. and I then added a flower to the llid.
the flowers came from Really Reasonable Ribbon, and are the open roses and sweetheart blossoms. So cute! I really had a lot of fun and thank you so much The Robins Nest Creative for the inspiration to do this. Hugs to all, Cheryl
