Jack O' Gnome card & treat holder

Hello crafty friends and Happy Tuesday to you all! Today's projects were designed for TLC Designs using the darling jack O' Gnome digi set, and Creeping it Real design papers.

I decided to do 2 projects, one being a card and the other is a matchbook type treat holder. Its super easy to make and holds 3 candies perfect. I decorated it up using the darling gnome, stickers, ribbons, and a button. he sure is a cutie, and I had a lot of fun working with him.

Next I have the card I made, and this one was pretty simple

  • My card measures 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" the orange base
  • Next I cut my black card stock 5 1/2" x 5 1/2", then the polka dots 5 1/4" x 5 1/4". the next layer was cut at 4 1/2" x 4 3/4" black, then the creeping it real was cut 4 1/4" x 4 1/2", i then added sewing.
  • for the frame I chose the Tiny vine oval frame, and then distressed the white with purple. I did print out my sentiment from the Jack O' Gnome set and distressed it as well. Love this little guy he is absolutely too cute.
  • Jack O' Gnome was colored with copics and then I added some fun glitters to his beard.
  • Lastly I added some white dots, and double bow.
  • Creeping It Real Digital Design papers
  • Jack O' Gnome digital stamp set
  • Tiny Vine Oval die set

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a lovely week!

Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies
Todays project is a Recipe Memorydex card. I thought how fun would it be to not only make photo album ones, but also to have recipe ones. I may have to buy another spinner for up in my kitchen to start having recipes put on it.

I stared with an envelope die, and then used the new die memorydex, and added the envelope to it. I used the scor tape to add it, so it would stay nicely. Next I cut the design papers to coordinate with my strawberry SVG gnome, he is cut on the cricut machine, and then distressed and glued together. Im addicted to making these, and the same layouts can also be used on cards as well, or even in a photo album, or whatnot. next I added some swirl greenery and then the sweetheart blossoms from RRR. I chose to use only the green from this months assortment as it went perfectly with this little recipe card holder.

Thank you so much for stopping by, and hope you enjoyed my Recipe Memorydex Card set for today.

Your NEXT stop for today's hop is Bonnies Wonderful Blog!!!
Hugs to all,

Sweet Bee Gnome "I Love You"/Storage Video

Hello everyone and happy Wednesday to you all! Today I have this darling gnome SVG I put together, and used for my post today for Really Reasonable Ribbon. I absolutely love making these darling bee gnomes, and using them on my memorydex spinner, as I get to see them all daily. Love that! So for this one here, I did use RRR Flowers, ribbon, and foam squares along with some scor-tape all will be linked below for easy finding.

Recipe for my memorydex:
the Memorydex die cut is from Amazon, and I cut it using some black card stock from papertemptress, then added some white paint dots. Next I layered using the darling bee paper from Echo Park Oh Happy day design paper. Love how cute it is. I then decided to use a stamp (i love you)and die set from Mymakersmovement, and added some dots to it. The bee gnome was already put together and ready to go, so I grabbed him to use. I did however make his antennae's and added black dew drops from The Robins Nest. Next I added some greenery and that way I could layout all my flowers for placement. I used Rose buds, sweetheart blossoms, carnations, Mini sweetheart blossoms, Open rose, and then an old aster daisy that I had in my bag of random flowers.

All my layers are popped using the foam tabs from Really Reasonable Ribbon. Love these as you can do lots of layers and they are thinner tabs. Lastly I added my ribbon bow to his hat, yes a ribbon bow on my gnome...hehehehe and then added my dew drops using hot glue.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies:

other supplies:
memorydex die for the base and layer/amazon, white gel pen, svg file, the robins nest dew drops, stamp and die my makers movement, hot glue, echo park design paper, papertemptress card stock, greenery, wire, cricut, bee gnome svg, stickles.

CC897 Happiness Always

Hello crafty friends and happy Tuesday to you all! Today I'm sharing a second post, its a Memorydex that was  designed for the Splitcoaststampers Color challenge CC897 we were to use 3 colors, and I chose to make a Memorydex card to add to my spinner.
So for my card base I cut a 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" black card stock piece and layered with 2 design paper pieces from my scrap drawer. Next I added my white paint dots, and then cut a frame and ovals out to layer on top. Next I just had to use this darling gnome from Jaded blossom, so stink'n cute right? I colored his beard in copics and added some lines for hair. Next I wanted a sentiment so I used stampinUP! Whimsical Words and then 2 stampinup punches. The flowers are all from Really Reasonable Ribbon and can be found here.

Hope you enjoyed another short post for this week! Hugs to all

Blooming with My Gnomies

Hello crafty friends and Happy Monday to you all! Today I have a super fun card I created for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the Gorgeous Ribbons & flowers. For some reason Ive been so addicted lately to making these darling gnome cards and Memorydex cards, this one happens to be a stamp, and I love him with all the flowers.

so for my card base I started with a 6" x 6" base  and then added on my layers. I love adding lots of layers, and did so here. Next I stamped up this darling gnome and colored him with copics, and then added stickles to his wings, love how he turned out. for his beard I did add some silver pencil to make the hairs, thought it would be fun. Oooo and I had used him again for the inside to hold the sign, thought that would be so cute. After I did my layers I cut out a branch for the greenery and then added several RRR flowers, I will list them all below. The ribbons I chose are the Yellow
Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies Used:

other supplies used: white paint pen, copic markers, The Robins Nest Creative dew drops, Hot glue, sewing machine, Jaded Blossom stamps, cheerylynn greenery die, stampinup punches for tag.

Thank you so very much for stopping by and hope you have a lovely day!

Loving the Gnomies

Hello crafty friends and Happy Friday to you all! Today's post is a short one, as I have another extra card to share. I absolutely LOVE these darling gnome stamps I purchased from Jaded Blossom and just had to share. Hope you enjoy my card for today!

Of course if you know me, you know I LOVE lots of layers, and lately I've been so addicted to flowers, so this card here has 5 layers, and lots of Really Reasonable Ribbon flowers. I also used the Ribbons from RRR as well. All items can be found here . Above you can see the inside, as I always love having the insides done for gift giving and for writing. My gnome was stamped on white card stock, and then on a couple of design papers for his hat and shirt. The flower has stickles on it, and the rest is colored with copic markers, shaded with faber castell pencil, and then chalk (all 3 on his beard and mustache)

I hope you love my card for today and thank you so much for stopping by! Have a lovely day!
Hugs,
Cheryl

Berry Sweet Gnome

Crafty friends I have another post for today, as I just couldnt wait to share this darling gnome that I did using an SVG file I bought from Marjorie Ann. Isn't he just the cutest!? Remember any of the Memorydex layouts will also work on a card base as well.  Anyways I will keep this post super short.

I had some leftover red card stock, it was kinda short and small, so I decided to add a border punch to the edges. Next I covered using the checked, and strawberry design papers, and then added a few frames to get my layers. I stamped the sentiment from StampinUp! and then used the flowers that came in the SVG file. Love this one, and cant wait to choose a photo to go on it.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend! Hugs to you!
