Wedding Week & Favors for RRR

Hello everyone today im sharing some wedding favors with you. This week the Really Reasonable ribbon is focusing on Weddings! I made a Tote bag, decorated a Heart shaped tin, and made a mini card.
For all 3 pieces I used  Sheer Looped White Trim for the handles on the totebag.  The ribbon for the bows is satin and there are sooo manyBeautiful Satins to choose from here.

On the little heart shaped tin I used some lace found here Bonnie has a lot of beautiful new laces in the store too :) LOVE Them ALL!!!!  I also used satin ribbon and some black polka dot ribbon as well (for around the bottom of tin).  All DOTS can be found HERE :)
The black and white ribbon is satin and Bonnie carries sooo many different choices to choose from.  To visit the Satin section click here.
My flowers were made using a SU! punch and then I added black velvet brads to the centers.  The mini card was cut with the Cricut & Tie the Knot cartridge found at Scrapbookpal.com

Slider card

Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday to all! Todays Pop Up slider card was designed using Create a Critter Cartridge andWoodland Critters Stamp set from Scrapbookpal.com
First cut all pieces for Hippo using Create a Critter(DARLING CARTRIDGE), and then tag for the matching sentiments (LOVE THESE)
Supplies Used for Hippo and Tag/

Cardstock(2 greens,1 design paper),pearls,gems,metal flower

page 44 in book
all pieces cut at 2"
first cut < hippo > in darker green at 2"
Then cut Layer 1 < hippo > in design paper of choice
Layer 3 < hippo > in light green cardstock at 2"
Now put glue hippo together and then add black gems for eyes, pearls for nose, and flower on hippo(metal flower)
For tag
I cut my tag with Quickutz and then airbrushed with YG03 copic and then stamped my sentiment from the Woodland Critters stamp set from Scrapbookpal.com

Now for card(this card measures 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 ) I do have a video on a larger card made slightly different from this card on my blog here. Here are the instructions to make the Pop Up Slider Card at 4 1/2 x 4 1/2"
  1. First cut 2 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 white pieces of cardstock(these are for the front and back of card)
  2. Now cut 4 x 4 piece of design paper, and attach to cardstock front.(add sewing now if choose to)
  3. we will do the side cuts, and bottom cut for the flap in front(see video if confused) cuts will be 1" from bottom of card, then 1" in from left side. Start cut at 1" -3 1/2 " do this for the right side as well
  4. Now connect bottom of the flap by cutting at 1" to 3 1/2 along bottom(see video here for details)
  5. Pull Tab Panel measures 3 1/2 x 3 this you will attach to the back of the flap(flip card front over and use red tape along the bottom part of the flap, then attach the pull tab(see video if needing help) this flap will be hang over the edges only put glue tape on the flap, not the pull tab :)
  6. front panel measures 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 this is green, now for the white cut it at 2 x 2 and attach them together and add sewing if desired. Now I added pieces of a border punch around 3 sides. Next use glue tape along the front bottom of flap and then add front panel. Now you are ready to decorate :)
challenges:Bunny Zoe's Crafts/Happy Birthday with lots of pearls, Craft Your Passion/Anything Goes,Crazy Challenges/Just add flowers,Critter sketch/Fancy folds, DDH Challenges/Stitches,Make it Monday/Anything Goes, Paper Playtime/Anything Goes,
Thank you for looking and I hope you have as much fun making these as I do, they are super simple once you've made 1 :)

Pop up Slider Card & Video

Hello everyone todays post is for Heartfelt Creations and I promised a video on the Pop up Slider card, so I've attached 2 video's at the end of todays post.
Supplies Used:
HCPC 3377 Sympathy Sentiments PreCut Set
HCD 701 Posy Patch Die
Really Reasonable Ribbon Lace
Other: Copic E43 for airbrushing around oval Scalloped oval Oval spellbinders Dries Clear Glue Card Measures 6 x 5

2 cream 6 x 5 card stock pieces 1 for front and 1 for back 1 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 Design paper, and attach to front cream 6 x 5 piece now add sewing Now for cutting Measure 1" in from the side and 1" up from the bottom and cut from 1"-4" do this on both sides Now you will cut along the bottom 1" up(meet both sides so you will have a flap) cutting from 1" -5" will do this. Now to score, I used the scorpal and scored at 2 1/2" from the botton of the card. Pull tab piece
4 x 4 1/2 this will be attached to the back of the piece you just scored, attach it to the bottom with red tape you can now add lace around the edge of your front piece and then add the backing. for the main image panel cut a piece of cardstock at 3 x4 and I distresssed it and added sewing and lace, and then attached it to the bottom part of the fold this is so it will move up and down. I used the posy patch diecut for the 4 smallest flowers. The center flower is 2 large, the 1 next size down, then 1 of the next size down. For the 4 small pink in the corners, I used the smallest flower die cutting 8. Now for the 2 cream I used the 2 smallest diecuts and cut 4 of the bigger, and 2 of the smallest to make them. I distressed all flowers using pink ink and then antique linen from tim holtz. I glued pearls in the centers. All sentiments are stamped in memento black ink, 1 on the pull tab, next is under the pop up panel and then the other is on the oval
I came across this You tube video that Dawn had done, so I thought since I do larger cards that it would be nice to change it up a bit. I think I've done the slider a little different too.
Video Part 1

Video Part 2

Here is another card that I believe measures 5 x 5 1/2 its the smallest one I've done yet.
I will be back in the morning to add my challenge list for my slider card above, thank you for looking and have a lovely day!

Cheryl
